  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Epic Matcha green tea powder
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 banana
  • Juice from 2 oranges
  • 1 1/2 cups of stemmed kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup of mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup of sliced kiwi
  • Pomegranate arils

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve sprinkled with pomegranate arils.
