The matcha green tea flavor is present, but not overpowering. Matcha powder’s real magic, however, is its beyond-belief health benefits. Like many superfoods, matcha powder has been linked to the prevention of diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, bad cholesterol, and even certain types of cancer. It assists in weight loss by burning calories, it rids your body of chemical toxins, and it provides you with a huge energy and immunity boost.
Matcha tea powder is also good for your digestion, skin, teeth, and gums. It helps with constipation, and will make your skin glow.
For your mind, matcha will relax and calm you without making you drowsy. In fact, you’ll feel refreshed and alert, with improved focus, concentration, and memory.
So give these coconut bliss matcha balls a whirl, and treat your mind and body!
