Matcha Chocolate Lattee

Matcha Chocolate Latte

The ultimate warmer-upper and de-stresser: a delicious matcha chocolate latte.

If you’re like most Americans, you’re likely pretty addicted to lattes. Is there anything better than sipping a nice, hot, soothing latte in the morning, or when you’re very cold? Or when you just need a moment to yourself?

This recipe for a matcha chocolate latte will fill you with a sweet warmth and will both calm and relax you while boosting your energy and increasing your concentration and alertness…but without the jittery “coffee” feeling.

The Naked Chocolat recommended in this recipe is full of ingredients specifically designed to boost endorphins, reduce inflammation, and relax the nervous system. Besides this, the flavors consist of cocoa, maca, carob, cinnamon, vanilla bean and French artisan sea salt. Mmmmm, yummy!

The healthy benefits that come along with the Naked Chocolat go perfectly hand-in-hand with the matcha green tea powder, which is also used in this recipe.

Matcha tea powder is high in antioxidants to support health, energy, and vitality. It has the ability to boost your immunity, control your stress, and help with weight loss. It sharpens you, but without the edge.

The Naked Chocolat and the matcha green tea powder work together to create the world’s best latte if you’re stressed out and overworked. It will revitalize your body and mind.

Besides calming you while providing an energy boost, matcha tea powder also acts as a cancer preventer, is wonderful for your heart and blood pressure, decreases the risk of stroke, and detoxifies your body. It also aids in lowering cholesterol, and helps fight the appearance of aging by combating inflammation and oxidation.

For this matcha chocolate latte recipe, you can use any milk you prefer, such as almond, rice, or regular dairy, in place of the water and coconut milk suggested here.
