The spinach is excellent for you, too! Among the many health benefits you get from spinach, it helps lower blood pressure, it’s high in vitamin C and potassium, it decreases the development of asthma, it’s a great source of fiber, and it helps strengthen your bones.

Matcha also helps control blood pressure and blood sugar, as well as lowers cholesterol. Matcha tea powder also helps your body fight against diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, HIV, and cancer. It’s an immunity booster, a natural detoxifier, an anti-inflammatory, and a great source of fiber.

Matcha is also praised for its ability to lower stress. It contains L-theanine, an amino acid that helps to produce dopamine and serotonin, which are brain chemicals that help you relax, lift your mood, and improve your memory.
