Dragonfruit Matcha Smoothie

Dragonfruit Matcha Smoothie

A superfood smoothie to help you take on the world.

Just in time for spring/summer, here’s a wonderful matcha smoothie to help you feel great. So beautiful, so refreshing, so healthy, and so delicious! What more could you ask for?

This dragonfruit matcha smoothie has a great consistency and can be made for breakfast, or you can top it with whipped cream and have it as a healthy dessert or snack.

It has just the right amount of fruit and immunity-boosting ingredients to help you take on the world. Both pitaya (also known as dragonfruit) and matcha green tea powder are rich in immunity-boosting vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants to fight off all sorts of bad things like weight gain, strokes, oral disease, high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, cholesterol, and even types of cancer. They also both happen to reduce signs of aging by improving the skin.

That’s why they make such a great pair for this matcha smoothie!

Matcha tea powder is a superfood all on its own, and its benefits are wildly numerous. Besides being a warrior that keeps your body safe from diseases and bad health, it’s also a major calorie-burner and a badass anti-ager. It’s great for your skin, your teeth, your digestion, your heart, and your immunity.

Besides all this, matcha tea powder is full of L-theanine, which is wonderful for your mind and mood. It cuts out stress, helps you relax while staying alert, and puts your mood on point. It will also give you increased energy that can last up to six hours.

Pretty incredible, right? If you’re anything like us, you’ve found your official spring/summer smoothie for 2016.
