  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons Epic Matcha green tea powder
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 10 drops liquid vanilla stevia (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a muffin pan with a little coconut oil.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the coconut oil and maple syrup.
  3. Add the matcha powder, coconut flour, and coconut. Mix well.
  4. Mix in the dark chocolate, baking soda, and stevia.
  5. Scoop into muffin cups.
  6. Bake your matcha muffins for about 25 minutes or until done, and enjoy!
