“Intuition is seeing with the soul.” – Dean Koontz
For seven years, my husband and I rode the emotional rollercoaster of infertility, trying everything from acupuncturists to fertility specialists to grow our family. It wasn’t until I started listening to my intuition, that we finally had a breakthrough.
After so many years of struggle, I made one simple shift. I started letting my intuition lead the way. I opened up my heart, sat in the stillness during my morning ritual, and started listening to my inner voice.
What happened next? I gave birth to my two most joyful creations. My children and Epic Matcha.
Whether you’re struggling to build a family, a career, or any dream, you can use the same principles I used to spark success.
So, how did I learn to trust my intuition? Through the practice of a morning ritual and an evening ritual. And at both of these times, I practiced specific things that helped me really tap into my intuition. These rituals proved to be game-changers in my life, for myself, my family and my clients.
I want to share these 3 ways I learned to trust my intuition more, so you can experience your next big breakthrough too.
Redefining Your Morning
The absolute biggest shift I made was to start a morning ritual. Instead of jumping into my to do’s, I begin each day with intention and purpose. I make my matcha tea and then I sit and do my morning ritual. Sometimes, this means meditation. Other days, I feel like journaling or practicing affirmations. No matter what I do, it’s about carving out this time and space to sit with my matcha and spend time with myself. Starting my day this way has helped me to slow down and really hear the voice of my intuition loud and clear.
Tuning Out Other Voices
By carving out space in my day, twice per day, it helps me to stay centered in myself. It’s so easy to let the opinions of others affect how we approach our day, and even, the choices we make. Taking time to practice ritual helps me to tune out other voices and really stay true to my own inner voice.
Ultimately, taking time to practice rituals each day is about self-love. It’s about honoring and loving myself enough to create the space I need to fill up my well and check in with what I need. When you give yourself the gift of self-love, you can also offer more love to others.
I hope these tips are helpful for you and that you are able to use them to tap into your own intuition more. If you’d like help creating your own morning ritual, download my Free Epic Morning Ritual Kit.
