  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons Xylitol
  • 2 handfuls pistachios
    Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spread the mixture out on baking paper, and freeze until firm (about two hours).
  3. Break into pieces, and enjoy!
