A perfect post-workout smoothie to repair and refresh.

That’s why this mint matcha smoothie is the ideal post-workout drink. It contains dates and avocado, which are a good source of protein. Avocadoes provide all 18 essential amino acids necessary for the body to form a complete protein, and dates contain more protein than nearly any other fruit.
The dates also add sweetness so that you won’t need to add any refined sugars to this smoothie, and you’ll get a thick and creamy texture from the avocado as well. From the spinach, you’ll get your daily greens without the “veggie” taste.

- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 teaspoons Epic Matcha green tea powder
- 5 mint leaves
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, serve immediately, and enjoy!
