- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk + 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Epic Matcha green tea powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
- 5-8 drops liquid stevia extract (or 2 tbsp Erythritol)
- 1/2 cup water
- Ice cubes
- Scoop out your avocado and place it in a blender, along with the spinach, coconut milk, protein powder, vanilla powder, matcha powder, erythritol, coconut oil, stevia, and water.
- Add ice to taste, and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
