- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup raw rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon Epic Matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- Add the almond milk, Medjool dates, spinach, and rolled oats to your blender, and blend on high to break down the greens. They should be as smooth as possible in order to extract all the nutrients.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until everything is fully combined and smooth.
- Finally, pour and serve immediately. Enjoy!
